Resume

Background

I started in roof plumbing and building design, where I learned how practical decisions are shaped by systems, regulations, and the physical world. That hands-on foundation now shapes how I approach UX. At Abyss, I improved workflow efficiency 4× by integrating key touchpoints and streamlining team collaboration. At Drop Bio Health, I undertook 45+ user interviews during a 92-interview discovery phase, helping shape pricing strategy and define two key customer segments. Alongside UX research and workflow mapping, I bring experience in spatial systems and 3D tools, skills I’ve used in environments where physical and digital layers intersect, from infrastructure platforms to 3D design workflows shaped by building codes and regulatory constraints. My work often sits at the intersection of UX and service design. I map workflows, untangle legacy systems, and surface insights that help teams build tools and services that actually work, for both users and the organisations behind them. I’m especially interested in roles across health, proptech, and government, where thoughtful design and practical systems thinking can lead to meaningful, real-world impact.
